Echocardiogram completed with result of EF40% and showed left ventricular dysfunction and BNP was 530 (confirming diagnosis of heart failure). Client was treated with oxygen and IV Lasix and worked up for injury. Negative for injury. He/She was released home with home health SN and PT visit. Follow up with PCP in 1-2 weeks.
